REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager Business Analytics Consumer Activation in Winston-Salem North Carolina.
In this role you will build and deliver analysis and performance insights across our portfolio of brands focusing on the performance of consumer marketing programs and touchpoints including Media In-Person Activation Loyalty & Rewards D2C Point-of-Sale and more. You will partner with channel & platform owners to understand intelligence needs & gaps build and deliver data-driven performance narratives and provide both reactive and proactive recommendations to maximize the consumer & business impact of our touchpoint activations. Key performance outcomes include consumer reach engagement rates purchase / trial / conversion and retention.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business partner with Activation teams to identify key analytical questions to be answered relaying & briefing in requests to in-house and/or 3rd party analytics teams and closing the loop by delivering performance insights back to stakeholders
- Deliver & maintain a comprehensive suite of consumer engagement & touchpoint insight dashboards at varying levels of detail (Working teams to Executive level)
- Run monthly presentation & discussion with Consumer Experience & Activation teams on progress against performance targets key drivers and insights and recommendations
- Represent Consumer Experience as the Performance Insights subject matter expert in recurring commercial & leadership forums / meetings
- Share & spread awareness of best practices major insights and key wins / learning moments among Consumer Experience and Brand Activation stakeholders
- Work closely with Finance business partners to ensure a clear line of sight to engagement returns on individual investments
- Lead the development & delivery of structured business cases and performance forecasts for activation activities & investment as needed
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree required; Experience in regulated industries preferred
- 4 years consumer/brand marketing experience preferably in fast-moving consumer goods
- 2 years experience Digital and/or Database analytics supporting business teams
- Skilled in data storytelling & influencing with analytics
- Effectively builds trust & rapport with stakeholders
- Innovative attitude & approach towards consumer data possibilities tests cases and opportunities
- Able to coordinate and manage 3rd party and dotted-line Analytics resources to ensure results delivery
- Effectively manages concurrent project workloads timelines and administrative responsibilities
