Position Summary:
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Data Integrator with deep expertise in data analytics management and visualization and a proven track record in Human Performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI Data Modeling DAX Microsoft Excel and familiar with Tableau and SQL. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of developing KPIs crafting performance metrics and conducting predictive analysis to support operational readiness training evaluation and SOP development. Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement is essential especially within military organizations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating Human Performance data streams to drive performance insights and support strategic planning across dynamic operational environments.
This role will require in-office work at multiple government locations upon establishing and meeting the needs of the customer a hybrid work schedule may be an option.
