Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Miami Lakes FL office.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must be fluent in English and Spanish have at least 3 years of litigation experience and experience in personal injury law.

Job Description
- Support trial attorneys throughout the litigation and trial process
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients providing updates and gathering information
- Manage case schedules track deadlines and coordinate depositions mediations hearings and trials
- Prepare and review pleadings motions discovery responses and trial documents
- Organize and maintain case files including medical records court filings and correspondence
- Arrange for witnesses issue subpoenas and assist with witness preparation
- Prepare trial exhibits notebooks and materials; provide in-court support by managing exhibits taking notes and assisting attorneys
- Work closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure cases proceed smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (required)
- Experience in personal injury law (required)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent research writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- High level of professionalism and client service focus

Must be bilingual Spanish. Must have 3 years of litigation experience with PI experience. Deal break for 1 yr PI law experience. We request our candidates to complete a values assessment as a part of the hiring process. We will advise you if we would like to move forward with the candidate to share the logins for the values assessment. The value assessment can be done from their own laptop for easy access and it does not take more than 20 minutes to complete.
