Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers ensuring inquiries are addressed efficiently and delivering a positive experience at every interaction. This role requires excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and coordinating with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in processing orders returns and exchanges as needed.
Provide product or service information to customers and guide them through processes.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.
Support team members and contribute to departmental goals.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
