About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all aspects of human resources operations including employee relations recruitment compliance benefits administration and training. This position requires business-level bilingual proficiency in Korean and English to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor law compliance with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for HR inquiries providing guidance on policies procedures and workplace matters.
- Support employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings screening interviews hiring and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with audits required HR reporting and policy updates.
- Administer benefits programs and track leaves of absence (FMLA STD etc.).
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training documentation.
- Contribute to HR initiatives focused on process improvement and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- 2 4 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
- Bilingual in Korean and English Required (business-level proficiency).
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS/payroll system experience preferred (e.g. ADP Paychex Paycom).
- HR certification (PHR SHRM-CP) a plus.
- High level of professionalism discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
