Job Description
Shifts:
2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm $15hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to machines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and work orders.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime if needed.
