Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Credits Attorney with 7 years of practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in tax credit financing renewable energy affordable housing and economic development. This role can be based in any of our U.S. office locations. (please check with us to confirm locations)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject-matter expert across all stages of the tax credit finance lifecycle

Advise on New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs) Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits (HTCs) Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Renewable Energy Tax Credits (RETCs) and Opportunity Zones

Counsel clients on structuring compliance and transactions involving these credits

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $225000 $300000 annually (full-time basis; commensurate with experience and credentials)

Bonus: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
