- 80% (OB); 20% (GYN)

% of Practice:

- Low Risk: 50%

- High Risk: 50%

- C-Section: 20%

- Office GYN: 35%

Patient Volume: 15-20 (OP)

Deliveries per week: 6

OBGYN in group: 3

Support Staff: MFM (Virtual) 2 APPs RNs

Required to supervise CNMs: Yes

Procedures:

- Low & High Risk

- FHR Interpretation OB Ultrasounds

- Routine & Complicated Delivery

- Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Laceration

- Office/Surgical GYN

- Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor

Lab and U/S onsite

Trauma Level: III

Nursery Level; II

No of Exam Rooms: 13

No of Beds: 39; ICU: 4

EMR: Epic

Other Info: CNMs cover weekends as first call

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CO License or IMLC

BLS

COVID Vaccination
