Job Description

Our client has an immediate opening in their virtual office for a No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience with New York No-Fault PIP law preferred. This role primarily involves analyzing medical records bills fee disputes priority of payment coverage exhaustion and other legal issues related to PIP claims. This attorney will draft and respond to pleadings discovery and motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions.

Candidates should have an active New York bar license and reside in or around New York City as they will be required to appear at arbitrations court conferences and hearings as necessary. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. This position will have the possibility of a flexible billable-hour requirement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills be team-oriented collaborative and capable of handling a high-volume caseload. We look for proactive dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds interests and experience for a diverse candidate pool.
