Our client a top national law firm is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) to join its New Jersey office. This role requires 3 years of legal administrative experience supporting attorneys across multiple practice areas including Bankruptcy Corporate Environmental Litigation Real Estate Tax and Trusts & Estates.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal support role
Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized client-focused and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and InTapp required
Experience with iManage and PowerPoint is a plus
