JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain
Board: BC/BE in Urology
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS
Experience: Pediatric urology experience preferred
Other Qualifications: Respect kindness and commitment to excellent quality care
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide pediatric urology surgical and clinical care
Perform surgical cases and outpatient consultations
Collaborate with APPs and oversee one mid-level provider
Participate in call coverage as required
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
