- 2p-8a

- Nov 15 22

- Dec 21

- 4p-8a

- Sep 15-17

- Oct 6 20-21

- Nov 14 20-21

- Dec 10 12 15-16 22

Shift Schedule: Nights

- M-F; 4p-8a

- Weekends; 2p-8a

Patient Demographics: 28 weeks

Patient Volume: 18

Admissions: Yes

APP in Practice: 1

Support Staff: 2 RNs

Trauma Level: II

Other Info:

- On-call Physician is available during these hours

- In-house respiratory therapy 24 hours

- No Transport & Surgical component

EMR: Cerner

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active AZ License

BC/BE

NRP

Must live 90 miles from facility
