Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Looking for a career coaching company looking for an experienced Native English Editor (USA only) who has a proven track record editing long-form masterclass or webinar scripts and slides for career coaches. This role is highly specialized we need someone who can take an existing script and elevate it to high-converting emotionally resonant content ensuring clarity depth and persuasive flow.

Scope of work:

- Review the provided masterclass/webinar script and slides.

- Identify weak points especially where problems are introduced without elaboration.

- Edit for clarity depth and persuasive power using proven frameworks from high-performing webinars (e.g. building problem-awareness before introducing solutions).

- Maintain the speaker s authentic voice while improving flow and engagement.

Requirements

We ARE looking for someone who:

- Has edited at least one long-form (60 90 minutes) masterclass or webinar script for a career coach client.

- Can refine and polish an existing script to match top-tier high-converting examples.

- Knows how to expand on introduced problems in the script with vivid relevant elaborations that connect emotionally with the audience.

- Understands how to structure content for maximum engagement and conversion.

- Is a native English speaker from the USA.
