Job Description

Our client is seeking an associate with 5-7 years (ONLY) of employment litigation and counseling experience. New York admission is required New Jersey admission is a plus.

Billable Requirement: 1860 (50 hours are pro bono which count towards the billable requirement).

Bonus Structure: We currently offer associates merit-based bonuses as well as separate hours-based bonuses that are offered on a yearly and monthly basis.

Hybrid Schedule: Attorneys are required to be in the office three days a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are mandatory. The third day is up to the attorney.
