Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning organizing and executing events from start to finish ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills creativity and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of corporate social and promotional events.
Manage event logistics including venue selection vendor contracts catering dcor and audio-visual setup.
Develop and maintain event timelines budgets and checklists.
Liaise with clients to ensure event goals and expectations are met.
Supervise on-site event operations and provide solutions to unexpected challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify improvements.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred.
Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
