About the role

We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house team in New York City (in-office role). Youll be responsible for producing high-performing visual content across digital channels including ads landing pages emails social and brand campaigns. This role blends hands-on design and editing with strategic creative thinking to help elevate our marketing and brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting static creatives for paid ads social posts email headers landing pages and branded materials
  • Edit short-form video ads and UGC-style content for platforms like TikTok Meta YouTube and more
  • Add text overlays transitions cuts and other performance-focused elements to raw footage
  • Resize crop and repurpose existing creative assets for different formats and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with marketing product and brand teams to align on creative needs
  • Maintain visual consistency while iterating quickly based on performance data
  • Manage multiple fast-moving projects with minimal oversight


Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing
  • Strong portfolio showing clean modern design and high-performing ad creatives
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop Illustrator and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of layout typography branding and digital ad formats
  • Experience editing short-form videos for performance marketing (especially Meta & TikTok)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D graphics or rendering (especially liquids or product visuals)
  • Background in health wellness or DTC/subscription brands
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana
  • Knowledge of FDA or healthcare advertising compliance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication organization and time management skills
