Job Description
Job Title: Manhattan WMOS / Manhattan Scale / WMS Support
Location: Iselin NJ
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support for Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Scale for one of our clients. This is an onsite customer-facing role in Iselin NJ. The candidate will lead offshore teams and work directly with client stakeholders to ensure effective warehouse management system operations.
Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support and configuration for Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Scale.

Lead and coordinate offshore teams from onsite location.

Collaborate with client teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Enhance system performance and ensure alignment with supply chain processes.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Scale (Scale experience is mandatory).

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and supply chain operations.

Excellent communication skills.

Proven ability to lead offshore teams from onsite.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
