Job Description


Turner & Townsend is looking for a temporary Office Manager from September 15 2025 to February 2 2025 to cover a leave of absence.  This role will be working Monday Friday from 8am 2pm (30 hours a week) in our San Francisco CA office.

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors answer phones and handle deliveries.
  • Office Supplies & Inventory: Monitor and restock beverages snacks and supplies in the kitchen conference rooms and other areas in the office.
  • Meeting & Event Support: Assist with room setup and catering for internal meetings or events.
  • Facilities Coordination: Report and follow up on maintenance issues; ensure office cleanliness and organization in common areas.
  • Employee Support: Provide general assistance to the team onsite including onboarding support for new hires.
  • Mail & Shipping: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure office adheres to safety protocols and emergency procedures. Making sure we have PPE available for the employees.

Qualifications :

 

  • Excellent people skills both internal and external.
  • Strong problem solving skills coupled with a creative positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and follow through skills.
  • Computer software and technology familiarity.
  • Written and verbal communication skills accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team player but can also work individually

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams


Additional Information :


Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation including a candidates education training and experience. The minimum salary for the temporary Office Manager position is $30.00 an hour and the maximum salary for the temporary Office Manager position position is $40.00 an hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills qualifications and experience.
