Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re seeking a meticulous Remote Data Processing Specialist to support our project teams by ensuring accurate handling of critical project data from drawings metadata and specifications to client logs and correspondence. This remote role is integral in maintaining data integrity enhancing workflow efficiency and enabling smooth project outcomes no matter where you are.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process organize and maintain project-related data including document metadata project milestones and drawing statuses entirely from your remote workstation.
Validate data entries against source materials such as design notes client instructions and structural plans to ensure fidelity.
Structure and update digital records to facilitate quick access and reference during project phases.
Generate and distribute regular reports summarizing data processing metrics system inconsistencies or pending items.
Liaise with team members designers project managers and administrators to clarify data requirements resolve discrepancies and support operations across both on-site and remote participants.
Propose enhancements to streamline data workflows improve accuracy and boost efficiency within our remote processing systems.
Safeguard data security and confidentiality promoting best practices in a remote work environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in data management architecture administrative support or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in data processing data entry or administrative roles remote work experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital tools such as spreadsheet software and document management systems with a willingness to learn new platforms.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities particularly in conveying information across dispersed teams.
Self-driven and dependable with the capability to thrive in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with on-site colleagues.

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in construction administration or project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams.
