Job Description
360 Security Group is seeking mission-ready Security Officers to join our growing team in Austin TX. As a veteran-owned company built on integrity and professionalism we value individuals who are alert accountable and take pride in protecting people and property. This is a standing/walking post no patrol vehicles ideal for those who thrive on presence awareness and proactive engagement. You ll play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment detecting and deterring threats and responding to incidents with confidence and composure.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong presence by patrolling assigned areas on foot
- Monitor activities through CCTV and other surveillance systems
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to alarms incidents or emergencies
- Conduct visual inspections to detect safety hazards or policy violations
- Assist in emergency situations including basic first aid if certified
- Document incidents and observations with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members and clients to uphold safety standards
- Represent the 360 Security Group brand with respect and integrity
What We re Looking For
- Prior experience in security law enforcement or military preferred
- Knowledge of conflict resolution and loss prevention strategies
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and security monitoring tools
- First aid and CPR certification a plus
- Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail
- Clear confident communication skills
- Ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure
- Must be available for various shifts including nights and weekends

- License/Certification: Texas Level II Security License (Preferred)
