Job Summary
1:1 Patient Care
Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
Administer prescribed medication treatments and therapies with precision and compassion always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Document all activities assessments nursing actions responses and coordination of care ensuring accurate patient records.
Qualifications :
Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
Home Health Experience (preferred)
Current BLS
