The QA/QC Inspector will provide full-time on-site inspection services to ensure all construction activities comply with client standards project specifications and contract requirements. The Inspector will monitor quality safety and environmental performance while preparing detailed inspection reports and supporting project documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily field inspections of construction activities and materials.
- Verify compliance with project specifications drawings and GSA standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports logs and punch lists.
- Track contractor manpower equipment and material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and IRA-related construction mandates.
- Support resolution of deficiencies and coordination of corrective actions.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- 1015 years of construction inspection experience preferably on federal projects.
- Knowledge of GSA inspection protocols and federal construction requirements.
- Certifications such as ICC ACI or equivalent preferred.
