Work with customers to troubleshoot technical computer issues and fully document actions and results.
Assist clients with new device setups.
Sell computers and services.
Work with a team to service devices sell services and research new techniques and products we can sell.
Qualifications :
Strong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and coworkers.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a congenial manner.
Ability to troubleshoot and understand Windows 8.1 10 and 11 as well as macOS and familiarity with Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Ability to plan and prioritize to achieve a defined objective.
Additional Information :
Minimum of one (1) years work experience in a IT related field customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Starting pay: Training $14hr after training $16hr
