Job Summary

Develops and maintains all systems security and network configurations
Plan and manage building out new hardware for new employees Stores or Distribution Centers including PCs terminals switches routers mobile devices and printers
Troubleshoot incoming Incidents from end users via phone and tickets created via a Self Service portal
Administrate infrastructure including firewalls databases malware protection software and other processes
Provide 24X7 emergency support when need. Takes ownership of unplanned system outages/service impacts and drive timely resolution.
Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan
Administer and support the companys enterprise cloud network in Azure.
Monitoring of and acting on alerts from information data security systems
Recommends upgrades patches and new applications and equipment
Experience with Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance
Manages all IT tasks during new Store construction
Experience troubleshooting various end-user issues not limited to networking related issues
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Ability to understand and document network connections write support procedures
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Associate or BA degree in Computer Science or a related degree preferred but not required or equivalent education and work experience
5 years hands on experience with Meraki Routers Switches Meraki Cloud Portal & Wireless equipment
5 years progressive experience administering all aspects of LAN/WAN for company with several (more than 140) remote locations
5 years experience with User VPN
5 years experience in system administration as a Network Administrator or similar role
3 years experience in Azure Networking including Azure Firewall VWAN Azure VPN Gateway.
2 years log analytics experience in Azure.
Prior work with Work with telecom and network providers
