Job Description
This is a remote position.
- This is a full time US hours (8:30AM - 5:00PM EST)
- Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process
- Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone IM and emails)
- Fill in the info gathered in various Forms Applications Carriers sites to generate quotes.
- Use insurance carrier s platform & technology timely and accurately
- Make submissions to underwriters.
- Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.
Requirements
- Must speak and write the Romanian Ukrainian or Russian language fluently
- Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)
- Must pass background check
- PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
- Higher education is a plus (business related preferred)
- Proactive team member effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
- Ability to effectively organize tasks manage time being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
