Financial Analyst 2 Global Services

Provides Financial Planning & Analyses for Commercial Services Organization. The Financial Analyst 2 delivers insightful financial analyses to help improve business performance. Through best-in-class business partnership with Services Functions and coordination with the Service Analytics team this position leverages the data to help Services to improve efficiency and margins. The Financial Analyst helps with preparing and consolidating monthly Closing quarterly Forecast and annual Budget.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide economic decision-support data analysis expense management and financial planning. This includes providing insights to help demonstrate differentiated service value excellence in customer experience and innovation in serviceability.
• Responsible for tracking examining reporting and consolidation of Global Services financials as part of month-end close forecast and budget. Examine variances against forecast and budget.
• Partner with Services teams to interpret cost drivers and revenue trends.
• Research Cost-to-Serve trends and provide insights of any significant changes.
• Create economic valuation and comparison models to help key business decisions.
• Develop KPIs and reporting tools to influence key business decisions and strategies.
• Proactively identify and execute continual process improvements by leveraging best practices standardization and automation to scale the business.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Finance and accounting involving budgeting forecasting insights and project management
• Excellent relational and communication skills ability to interact effectively with leadership and cross functional teams
• Proven self-starter with ability to work in cross-functional fast-paced environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organized with an ability to help and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
• Curiosity and ability to navigate and predict ambiguous circumstances
• Ability to succinctly and accurately present findings to management and leadership
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills building financial models involving complex formulas and large data sets
• Anaplan SAP Data science and data analytics using SQL and Tableau
• This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale CA office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday every week

Required Education and Training

• Bachelors degree in finance economics or related field. MBA is a plus
