As a Resort Experience Supervisor you will:
- Communicate with vendors and contractors including managing vendor reports and collecting payments.
- Coordinate manage and facilitate recreational activities events and themed programs.
- Handle event logistics such as setup breakdown and planning for guests owners and team members.
- Maintain departmental organization including updating files ordering supplies and tracking inventory.
- Oversee logo merchandise and equipment: purchasing inventory distribution and accounting procedures.
- Ensure safety standards by performing site inspections maintaining equipment and coordinating safety training.
- Supervise and support team members including morale building evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Act as department lead in the directors absence making operational and safety-related decisions.
- Serve as liaison for facility maintenance and repair of recreational areas (courts dock playground etc.).

Qualifications :
- Current Drivers license; First Aid & CPR.
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Drivers License to drive company golf carts.
