This role is a key team member and comes at a time of record-breaking activity and growth. To continue to execute and drive business we need an experienced professional to help sustain momentum support execution and drive client success.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Execution & Underwriting
- Analyze client materials including financials leases entitlement agreements and market data.
- Underwrite complex real estate transactions and prepare detailed Offering Memorandums.
- Attend property tours and support regional executions.
- Maintain marketing lists track outreach record investor/leader feedback.
- Manage document flow NDAs due diligence files data rooms and Q&A logs.
- Lead /Participate in weekly marketing calls maintain status reports and quote matrices.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Work directly with clients and senior team members to support pitches presentations and strategic initiatives.
- Create custom decks and materials under tight deadlines for client meetings and proposals.
- Prepare transaction case studies for marketing and BD efforts.
Research & Financial Modeling
- Conduct market research and data analysis using internal and external sources.
- Build and audit financial models using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance Business or related field.
- Minimum2 years of experiencein real estate finance investment banking or capital markets.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Argus and Excel modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
