Description of the role:
Magic City Auto Group is growing and we are looking for Sales Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team developing sales strategies and achieving growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management.
