Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Technician to join our team at Spyglass Travel and Tours. As a Travel Technician you will be responsible for assisting in the planning coordination and execution of travel arrangements for our clients. If you have a passion for travel and excellent organizational skills we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in booking flights accommodations and transportation for clients
- Coordinate travel itineraries and provide recommendations for activities and attractions
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure all travel arrangements meet company standards and client expectations
- Collaborate with travel agents vendors and partners to ensure smooth travel experiences
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism is a plus
- 2 years of experience in the travel industry or a similar customer service role
- Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for travel and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients
