Job Description
- Provide specialized instruction tailored to each student s IEP goals.
- Track and report progress making instructional adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with families paraprofessionals and school staff to promote student success.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters both academic and social growth.
Requirements
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Experience working with young learners with diverse needs.
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement.
