Job Description

Special Education Teacher (Leave of Absence Coverage) Fall 2025

Location: Elementary School Illinois

Caseload: 6 students (Kindergarten & 1st Grade)

Schedule: Full-Time Coverage from August 11 November 11 2025

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide leave of absence coverage during the Fall 2025 semester. This role focuses on supporting a small caseload of six students in Kindergarten and 1st grade ensuring individualized learning in a structured inclusive environment.

Role at a Glance:
  • Provide specialized instruction tailored to each student s IEP goals.
  • Track and report progress making instructional adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with families paraprofessionals and school staff to promote student success.
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters both academic and social growth.

Requirements

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with young learners with diverse needs.
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement.
