Summary:

In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries providing travel recommendations and ensuring a seamless booking experience through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform
- Answer inquiries about travel destinations packages and services
- Assist customers with booking flights hotels and activities
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the leisure travel and tourism industry
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
