REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Manager - Investment Planning in Winston-Salem
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Run and implement a wide array of analytical approaches to drive the delivery of investment strategy within the vapor category.
- Track performance of investment strategies and initiatives and partner with cross functional team to optimize and accelerate NTO growth and market share performance
- Run maintain augment and improve existing modelling efforts to deliver robust investment aligned to total nicotine contract architecture
- Support delivery on all KPIs to drive fast-paced decision making related to key consumer and commercial business objectives.
- Integrating and leverage vast datasets of shipments pricing retail offtake and transaction-level data to develop critical business intelligence and insights to inform and influence future pricing decisions for all categories
- Maintains track record of investment changes and impacts and uses as guidance for future decisions
Internal cross functional stakeholder management
What are we looking for
- 35 years of experience modeling analyzing and interpreting large data sets to generate insights and strategic recommendations complemented by experience in pricing promotion sales analytics finance and/or category management
- Proven track record of problem-solving using data and building models and performance tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful storytelling
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with challenging deadlines
- Curious self-starter that gets results in a dynamic environment and act with appropriate urgency
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills balancing detail with big picture thinking
- BA/BS degree required; Masters degree preferred
