Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p

- 1 week per month

Call Schedule: Weeknights; 5p-8a & Weekends; 7a-7a

Call Type: Beeper

Call Response Time: 20-30 mins

Patient Volume: 5-8 OP 5 IP

Support Staff: 4 RNs 1 MA & 4 Sonographers

Physicians in Practice: 9 (1 MFM 8 OBGYNs)

% of Practice:

- 90% MFM 20% OBGYN

- 50% Consultative 2% Delivery

Required Procedures:

- Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) HELLP syndrome Diabetes - Type I II (Gestational)

- Cardiac Disorders: Class II/higher Disorders: Pulmonary Renal Neurological Autoimmune & Hematologic/Oncologic.

- Collagen vascular disease VBACs Vaginal breech delivery Placenta previa/abruption Multiples gestation.

- Amniocentesis-genetic Cervical cerclage Intrauterine transfusion Multifetal pregnancy reduction Ultrasounds: Performance of and interpretation: Level II/Targeted & Echocardiography.

- Fetal blood & Chorionic villus sampling

No. of Beds: 225; 3 ICU beds

No. of Exam Rooms: 4

Lab & Ultrasound Onsite: Yes

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active TX License or IMLC

BC/BE (If BE: must be within 5 yrs post residency)

BLS ACLS NRP
