Job Summary
To lead the delivery of AI and robotics initiatives across the bank to enhance customer experience drive strategic experimentation intelligent automation and operational excellence. The role holder will champion the AI agenda shape the AI strategy and ensure alignment with business goals regulatory standards and ethical frameworks.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree in Information Technology
Certification: AI/ML/ GenAI cloud or robotics are an advantage.
Experience Required
- Atleast 5 years proven experience in AI/ML engineering intelligent automation and enterprise integration.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g. LLMs prompt engineering RAG agentic flows).
- Strong foundation in Python cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and MLOps.
- Experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage.
