This is a remote position.


About the Role

We re looking for a Media Partnership Specialist to join our growing international team. You will help expand our media inventory by attracting new publishers negotiating terms and ensuring quality execution of client campaigns. This is a great opportunity to gain global experience by working with media partners around the world.

What You ll Do
  • Expand our portfolio of media outlets by attracting new publishers
  • Negotiate publication terms and maintain strong relationships with publishers
  • Ensure quality control of campaigns and that services are delivered as agreed
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to process payments to publishers
  • Collaborate with Sales to support smooth execution of client campaigns

Your Growth Path
  • Week 1: Introduction to the team and onboarding into our processes. You ll get familiar with our product internal tools and workflow with the support of your mentor and colleagues.
  • Weeks 2 3: Begin exploring different types of media outlets and advertising formats. Learn how to evaluate media quality based on visualization metrics and pricing. Get hands-on experience in drafting requests and building professional communication with publishers.
  • End of Month 1: Start leading direct communication with publishers. You ll take responsibility for filling in publication terms into the catalog used by our clients.
  • By the end of probation: You will have a personal motivation plan for publisher acquisition. You ll gain independence in negotiations be able to add new publishers to the catalog and take ownership of ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. You ll also collaborate with the Sales team to align on client needs and campaign delivery.


Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (email & calls) and ability to build partnerships
  • English: Upper Intermediate with strong practical use in both written and spoken communication (daily calls correspondence negotiations). Additional languages are a plus
  • Background in Linkbuilding Outreach or Media Buying (international market experience is preferred)
  • Understanding of SEO metrics and link value; experience with Ahrefs and similar tools
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (including formulas)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Fast learner adaptable able to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive mindset team player but also confident working independently

3+ years of experience in a similar SDR/Lead Generation/Sales role (ideally in advertising, SaaS, or digital services) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English + Russian or Ukrainian (written and spoken); Estonian is a massive plus Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools Strong research, analytical, and time management skills Goal-oriented mindset and drive to meet and exceed KPIs Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment Curiosity about media, PR, and digital marketing trends
