- Team site level configuration and usage
- Interaction with SharePoint Online
- Troubleshooting user issues
SharePoint Online
- Administration of a SharePoint Online environment including policies tenant settings etc.
- Site provision and management
- Permissions and Access control
- Document Library management
- Troubleshooting user issues
Power Platform
- Creating and managing environments
- Licensing and capacity management
- Monitoring and analytics
- Use and administration of Microsofts Centre of Excellence
- Troubleshooting user issues
Desirable skills
- Familiarity with whats necessary to migrate Team and SharePoint sites from one tenant to another
