- Oversee the Kids club area and play park maintaining high standards of service.
- Drive the sale of services including birthday parties cooking class and other events meeting revenue targets.
- Supervise and engage with children in the play area when needed ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events and activities for children.
- Maintain cleanliness organization and overall presentation of the facility.
- Communicate effectively with children parents and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues or concerns promptly.
- Monitor and report on operational performance to senior management.
- Exhibit flexibility in the work schedule including weekends and holidays when required.
Qualifications :
- Thai nationals only.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven management experience preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
- Experience working with children is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic energetic and friendly personality.
