Job Description
- Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
- Play a key role in supporting the business with budgeting and variance analysis processes
- Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and provide actionable insights
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Mandarin and English including colleagues in China and other regions
- Support the implementation of group processes and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with group policies local regulations and reporting standards
- Conduct regional financial reviews for various businesses in Europe and the Americas
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (Masters/CPA/CFA is a plus)
- Minimum 46 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A
- Strong analytical problem-solving and Excel/financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products (esp. Excel Power BI) and experienced with accounting systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV an advantage
- Highly organized with a great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Working experience in SAAS technology company is an advantage
