We re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO Social Media & Web) - Night Shift


Job Overview
We re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the online presence of multiple mission-driven brands that support individuals rebuilding their lives after addiction recovery or incarceration.

In this role you ll manage social media SEO and websites to grow audiences boost engagement and support meaningful business conversions. This position blends creativity strategy and technical skills all while contributing to a greater purpose: helping people get a second chance at life.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Create schedule and publish engaging content across multiple brands (primarily Facebook & Instagram).

  • Manage online community engagement (comments DMs reviews).

  • Align content with each brand s unique identity while highlighting the shared mission.

SEO & Web Management

  • Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve rankings.

  • Optimize website content metadata and blogs for search visibility.

  • Manage website updates (WordPress Wix or similar).

  • Monitor site performance and recommend improvements.

Campaign Development

  • Develop campaigns that balance promotions with storytelling and mission-driven content.

  • Support conversions (bookings reservations purchases inquiries).

  • Collaborate with leadership to unify messaging across all brands.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as engagement reach impressions traffic and conversions.

  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.


Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in digital marketing (SEO social media and web management).

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Instagram and SEO best practices.

  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress Wix or similar).

  • Excellent English writing skills for content creation and storytelling.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Insights SEO tools).

  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining quality.

  • Passion for purpose-driven work and community impact.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands. Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Balance brand individuality with the unified mission of second chances and community impact. Monitor and engage with audiences through comments, messages, and reviews. Use storytelling and product promotion to connect with local communities, donors, and supporters. Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, clicks) and provide monthly reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely promotions and campaign execution. Uphold brand voice and maintain authenticity, professionalism, and relatability. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in social media management (multi-brand or agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and engagement best practices. Proficiency with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences. Organized, self-driven, and able to handle multiple brands simultaneously. Experience in nonprofit or cause-driven marketing is a plus.
