Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing & Admin Assistant to support the Equipmech team. This role is crucial for freeing up the business owners time so they can focus on business growth and client-facing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing social media content creation and administrative support with a solid understanding of WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop schedule and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram). Monitor social media channels respond to comments and messages and track key performance metrics.
Website Maintenance & Content Creation: Perform basic website maintenance and updates using WordPress. Create and upload new content including blog posts images and service descriptions ensuring all content is SEO-friendly.
Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This includes supporting email marketing efforts and ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all online platforms.
Content Creation: Generate compelling and relevant content for social media posts website updates and other marketing materials. This includes writing copy and coordinating with designers for visual assets.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance including data entry organizing digital files and other support tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
