Job Description & Summary

At PwC our people in managed services focus on a variety of outsourced solutions and support clients across numerous functions. These individuals help organisations streamline their operations reduce costs and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. They are skilled in project management technology and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients.

As a managed service delivery Director at PwC you will execute outsourced processes such as client and customer interaction; data review enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.

We are a leading Systems Integrator (SI) seeking a strategic Leader to oversee our Application Management Services (AMS) delivery across Salesforce Oracle and SAP platforms in South East Asia. This role involves both operational excellence in service delivery and driving sales initiatives across the region. We currently operate AMS centers in the Philippines Malaysia Indonesia and Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AMS strategy focusing on Salesforce Oracle and SAP solutions to enhance our service offerings and expand market presence.

  • Lead and inspire a team of AMS professionals fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

2. Service Delivery Oversight:

  • Ensure high-quality AMS delivery across Salesforce Oracle and SAP platforms meeting client expectations and industry standards.

  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and service quality.

3. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and leverage business opportunities to drive sales growth in the AMS sector across the region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients partners and industry leaders to enhance competitive positioning.

4. Financial Management:

  • Manage the P&L for the AMS division ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

  • Develop budgetary strategies that support sales initiatives and long-term growth objectives.

5. Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the principal point of contact for major clients in the region ensuring their AMS needs are proactively met.

  • Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance the client experience and foster lasting partnerships.

6. Talent Development:

  • Recruit train and retain top talent to build a high-performing AMS team.

  • Encourage professional development and continuous learning to achieve service delivery excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Extensive experience in senior management roles within AMS encompassing Salesforce Oracle or SAP platforms.

  • Proven track record in managing large teams and complex projects.

  • Strong sales and business development skills with experience in driving regional growth.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to lead effectively in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
