From banking and telecommunications to government services Thales continues to provide solutions in technological advancements that bolster national security and enhance local defence capabilities.As a Software Engineer in the embedded software - applications team you will participate in the design implementation validation and deployment of embedded applications products to the major OEM smartphone customers.
Job Responsibilities:
SIM/embedded SIM/embedded secure element applications/applets:
- You will participate in the development of new and maintenance of existing SIM/eSIM/eSE javacard applications.
- You will participate in the validation of applications over various SIM//eSIM/eSE card OS and integrate in the OS automatic builds.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts: product and development methodology improvement (e.g. automatic build/integrations)
- Knowledge Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this job:
- You must have skills on Java/Javacard/VB programming languages.
- You must have a Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related fields.
- You must be a team player.
Plus points:
Knowledge of embedded technology/ecosystem software security or Javacard
Has least 2 years of experience as Software Engineer
