Turn Opportunities into Success Join Us as a 360 Sales Executive!

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled 360 Sales Executive to generate leads and close sales for our portfolio of premium properties in Dubai targeting clients in the Australian market. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to final closure. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling digital outreach networking and referrals.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships understanding client needs and recommending suitable properties.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and virtual tours of Dubai properties showcasing investment potential.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the pipeline negotiate terms and guide clients through the closing process.

  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with trends in Dubai real estate and the Australian investment market.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently work towards and exceed a monthly target of 6 10 sales closures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales ideally within real estate or investment markets

  • Strong negotiation persuasion and communication skills

  • Self-driven with a hunter mindset and target-oriented attitude

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

  • Knowledge of property investment trends is an advantage.
