Job Description

Overseeing the following key responsibilities for Te Arikinui Pullman Novotel and ibis Budget Auckland Airport: 

  • Financial Leadership & Reporting Lead the preparation of budgets forecasts end of month closure balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports ensuring accuracy detail and timely submission to management owners and Accor.

  • Systems & Compliance Develop monitor and streamline financial systems while ensuring strict adherence to Accor policies internal controls and all statutory tax and audit requirements.

  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management Oversee cash flow enforce cash handling procedures and authorise payments in line with vendor and organisational requirements.

  • Accounts & Payroll Oversight Manage accounts receivable and payable processes credit approvals debt recovery and payroll compliance to maintain financial stability.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Profitability Partner with Department Managers to improve departmental profitability attend leadership meetings and ensure effective communication with owners auditors and regulatory bodies.


Qualifications :

  • 5 Years relevant experience in accounting.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • In-depth understanding of hotel operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach mentor develop and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.
