Overseeing the following key responsibilities for Te Arikinui Pullman Novotel and ibis Budget Auckland Airport:
Financial Leadership & Reporting Lead the preparation of budgets forecasts end of month closure balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports ensuring accuracy detail and timely submission to management owners and Accor.
Systems & Compliance Develop monitor and streamline financial systems while ensuring strict adherence to Accor policies internal controls and all statutory tax and audit requirements.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management Oversee cash flow enforce cash handling procedures and authorise payments in line with vendor and organisational requirements.
Accounts & Payroll Oversight Manage accounts receivable and payable processes credit approvals debt recovery and payroll compliance to maintain financial stability.
Stakeholder Engagement & Profitability Partner with Department Managers to improve departmental profitability attend leadership meetings and ensure effective communication with owners auditors and regulatory bodies.
