Job Description
As a SailPoint Developer you will:
- Design develop and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Configure customize and maintain SailPoint connectors workflows and rules to meet business and security requirements.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems and applications for automated provisioning and access governance.
- Perform troubleshooting debugging and performance tuning for SailPoint components.
- Collaborate with security compliance and IT teams to align IAM solutions with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Support lifecycle management processes including onboarding offboarding and role-based access control (RBAC).
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6 8 years of overall professional experience including strong expertise in Identity and Access Management.
- Proven hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development configuration and deployment.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning access certification password management and policy enforcement.
- Experience with Java Beanshell XML and REST/SOAP-based integrations.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX GDPR).
You should possess the ability to:
- Work independently to deliver IAM solutions end-to-end.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and configuration issues in SailPoint environments.
- Adapt to evolving security requirements and technological changes.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
