Job Summary

ole Overview

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Tech Lead with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development and strong expertise in front-end web technologies. The Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding the design development and implementation of enterprise-grade applications ensuring high performance scalability and excellent user experience. This role requires strong technical leadership collaboration with designers and stakeholders and a commitment to delivering maintainable secure and testable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design architecture and development of applications using OutSystems.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless intuitive and responsive user experience.
Define and enforce best practices for maintainability security scalability documentation and testability.
Guide and mentor development team members ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Oversee CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployments in OutSystems environments.
Provide application support troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLAs are met.
Drive code reviews performance tuning and quality assurance practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts and Architects to refine requirements and propose effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of professional experience with OutSystems development (Reactive Traditional Web and Mobile).
Strong expertise in front-end web development (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript React or Angular is a plus).
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile/Scrum TDD SOLID principles).
Experience designing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs within OutSystems.
Hands-on experience with OutSystems Service Studio Integration Studio and Lifetime.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in OutSystems and deployment automation.
Strong problem-solving debugging and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven experience leading or mentoring teams.
Experience working in enterprise-grade application environments (finance supply chain or similar).
