Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams ensuring Scrum principles and practices are followed.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management and prioritization.
Maintain and manage KPI/Metrics to track and improve team performance.
Promote continuous improvement fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and practices to drive adoption and maturity.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Familiarity with software development processes.
Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (Definition of Done user stories automated testing backlog refinement).
Good understanding of other Agile frameworks (Crystal XP) and tools (JIRA JIRA Align).
Excellent servant leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
Outstanding organizational skills.
