As a Technical Business Analyst IAM you will:
- Play a key role in shaping the future of Identity and Access Management (IAM) through seamless integration and self-service solutions.
- Translate the IAM vision into next-level business design principles.
- Collaborate with product management to build business cases and roadmaps for next-generation IGA (Identity Governance & Administration).
- Partner with stakeholders to understand IAM requirements around authentication authorization user access and policy-based access control.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement in IAM processes.
- Work closely with architects and technical teams to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with design principles and specifications.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations internal policies and standards.
- Supervise and coordinate issues within the IAM backlog to ensure effective delivery.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years focused on IAM including cloud IAM.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication authorization access control and role/policy-based models.
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis and IAM solution design.
- Experience in building business cases data analysis and crafting impactful storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
- Familiarity with IAM platforms such as One Identity SailPoint or Active Directory (preferred).
- Knowledge of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. PMI-PBA or CBAP) preferred.
