Installation and Maintenance:
Installing and configuring network devices (routers switches access points etc.) conducting site surveys for new deployments performing fiber splicing and termination and maintaining existing infrastructure.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and resolving network outages latency issues and equipment failures including RF testing and analysis.
Rigging and Safety:
Working at heights (sometimes exceeding 100 meters or 328 feet) using harnesses and fall-arrest systems and adhering to strict health safety and environmental procedures.
Technical Support:
Collaborating with Network Operations Centers (NOCs) and other teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Documentation:
Maintaining records of installations maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of telecommunications technologies (microwave radio fiber optics) network devices and troubleshooting tools. Working at Heights:
Ability to work safely at significant heights including using appropriate safety equipment (harnesses fall-arrest systems). Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues. Communication:
